Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation on Savor & Cellar travel experiences and your use of our services and website. By booking a journey with us or accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully and reach out with any questions before reserving your trip.

1. Trip Pricing & What’s Included

Trip Cost:
Trip prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. Prices reflect the arrangements as described in the published itinerary and are based on minimum group sizes and services secured well ahead of time.

Included in Your Trip:

  • Accommodations and meals as outlined in the itinerary

  • Private ground transportation within the itinerary

  • Sightseeing, tours and winery visits/tastings, as specified in the itinerary

  • Baggage assistance for one checked piece and one carry-on per guest

  • Thoughtful pre-departure guidance, including what to expect, a suggested packing list, insight into the region, and optional add-on experience recommendations

  • Dedicated Savor & Cellar tour management throughout the journey, providing seamless logistics and attentive on-the-ground support

Excluded from Your Trip:

  • Roundtrip airfare

  • Any meals or activities not listed on the itinerary

  • Gratuities (recommended but not required) 

  • Travel and trip cancellation insurance

  • Personal expenses, such as international phone service charges, laundry, room service, and any items not specifically noted as included

  • Any additional expenses that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, illness, government actions, or flight delays

2. Reservation & Payment Terms

Deposit:
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your seat. Final balances are due no later than 120 days prior to departure.

Final Payment:
If final payment is not received by the stated due date, Savor & Cellar reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In this event, the deposit will be forfeited.

Methods:
We accept credit card, bank transfer, or check.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Your Cancellation:
Should plans change, your deposit may be transferred to another available date provided the request is made at least six months prior to your trip. The request to change dates must be submitted in writing to rachel@savorandcellar.com

  • Cancel more than 6 months prior: your deposit may be transferred to a future trip

  • Cancel less than 6 months prior: 100% of trip cost (no refund)

Unused Services:
No refunds will be issued for unused services (e.g., missed meals, transport, accommodations).

Company Cancellation:

Savor & Cellar reserves the right to cancel a trip for unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of monies paid with no further liability.

4. Travel Insurance

Your well-being matters. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel and trip cancellation insurance to protect against unexpected changes, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions. Insurance policies are available through third-party providers.

5. Health, Fitness & Special Needs

Travel experiences can be active. You confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating, and you agree to disclose any conditions requiring special attention. Failure to disclose such conditions in advance may result in removal from the trip without refund.

6. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to deliver the exact itinerary described, Savor & Cellar may make changes due to weather, availability, local conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will always endeavor to provide equivalent alternatives that preserve the spirit of your journey.

7. Photography, Video & Marketing

By participating in Savor & Cellar experiences, you agree that we may photograph or record moments during the trip and use these for promotional purposes. Your participation constitutes consent to such use unless you notify us in writing prior to departure.

8. Limitation of Liability & Responsibility

Savor & Cellar acts as an agent for travel services offered by independent suppliers. We do not own or operate accommodations, transport, or activity providers. Therefore, we are not responsible for injuries, losses, delays, or damages arising from their actions.

You agree to release Savor & Cellar, its owners, employees, and partners from liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss related to your travel experience, except where prohibited by law.

After booking, each guest will receive a Travel Waiver via DocuSign outlining our Terms & Conditions. All travelers are required to review and electronically sign this document prior to departure.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your booking form or completing your reservation online, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
